CONNECTING CHEFS AND FOODIES!

i'm new to this site but yet i haven't seen much about caribbean cusine. i think it's soul food at it's best and it's a fusion of many cultures. the caribbean is so diversed in it's people and cultures and our food is a reflection of such. as cohesive, united and and 'mix up' our caribbean people, well so is our food.

don't give me wrong, i still like to stay true to the arts and appreciate specialization in cuisines but i love the excitement of fusion!
