I have enjoyed cooking most of my life. I have helped set up a very successful restaurant in Abu Dhabi and love nothing more than cooking for friends and family.

Over the last year I have been very involved in thermal cooking in UK. During this time I have written and published one of the only cook books on thermal cooking which is designed to go alongside my own branded thermal cookers.
