New Years Eve Ideas

I work at a gourmet pizzeria. We are going to be open for New Years Eve, and i was asked to create a special. I have a few ideas but i want some more. We make lots of pizza's we have sandwiches and burgers as well. Any ideas to ring in the New Year would be great!! Thank you.
