Ratatouille

My name is Michelle and the reason for the discussion title is because I am a "desert rat"...........(originally from AZ and currently living in TX)...............that loves to cook....

I went through a Community Kitchen program back in mid/late 2005 and graduated in the FIRST largest class in the programs small history. Then went through the leadership/management class 2yrs later and graduated once again with the new FIRST largest class of the program (this class beat my class by 2 people....hehehe). I am so glad I went through both classes though. Even if it has 

been like 7 yrs since I went through the course, I would not trade it in for anything. 

I found a small school in Denver, CO that I would love to attend to continue my education in the industry. All I have to do is come up with the $$$ to do it, along with a job, and a place to live of course.......but am working on it...
