Permalink Reply by Hilary McShine on January 25, 2010 at 12:10pm I recently moved back to Trinidad after 20 years of living in the US. It's great to see the emerging interest and development in the food community of Trinidad and Tobago. I received my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and another in Food Service Management some years ago and hope to put these to good use when I finally open my baker in a couple months in San Fernando. Keeping my fingers crossed.
