Of course it has to be the taste but balance of everything is the sectret to a success dish isnt it?

yes but i would say also that the look of the dish coming to the table, is a important factor too!!!

look is a very important factor as the guest eats with his eyes first
if the food looks appealing he will automatically enjoy it
