Hi all, we have the Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery in the tropics of Australia.  The table wines we make are mostly dry wines and they are a terrific match with different foods.  The key to the wines is that they all taste of the fruit they are made from. Mango, Pineapple, Passionfruit, Jaboticaba (where are all the Brazilians) and Ginger. In your experience what foods would you recommend with these wine flavours?

Hi All,
Australia is a definate wine loving country and we some delightful wines available here from all over the world.
I have been asked to develop recipes for our portable slow cooker that use wines to enhance the flavours of the food.
I have some traditional "Beef in Red Wine" style recipes but would like to experiment with the thoughts and recipes of others.
Can anyone help with some new (or old) recipes?
