Hi all, we have the Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery in the tropics of Australia. The table wines we make are mostly dry wines and they are a terrific match with different foods. The key to the wines is that they all taste of the fruit they are made from. Mango, Pineapple, Passionfruit, Jaboticaba (where are all the Brazilians) and Ginger. In your experience what foods would you recommend with these wine flavours?
