I flipped thru the pictures and get the concept which is basic pot pie, but with lobster. But what spice besides the white pepper do you use for the oomph that lobster pie usually has? I add dried mustard, dill and celery seed which brings it close and sometimes 1/4 c dry white wine in place of some broth and/or cream but still missing something. What do others use?
