accordin to me...d most important thing in cookin is to cut d food well...but wht kinda knives do u use to get d perfect cut n stuff....as in cuttin ginger finely....n shillotz n stuff....wht kinds knives do u use for it...i hv a big knive though...a frined f mine got it for me from sumwhere he worked as a chef....i wanna know d perfect cuttin technique....plz lemme know chef...
