Thank you for the invitation to post more information on the Hotel Charlotte, www. HotelCharlotte.com. The Hotel Charlotte is definitely an interesting place and a favorite in our Groveland Community. I have the pleasure of not only being a part time employee but a full time fan. There is a feeling of energy here because something is always going on. It’s a fun place to meet friends for a glass of wine and catching up or to gather around the piano and entertain. People feel relaxed here. It has a home away from home feel. A lot of my personal enjoyment comes from having the opportunity to do playful artistic things such as being the “candy witch “ at the Halloween dinner, or performing as a cast member in the Cabaret Dinner shows. I like the feeling of welcoming guests on a vacation especially if they are new to the area. People love to come here on their birthdays or anniversaries simply for the home feel of a welcomed celebration. Connie, front desk, frequent diner, cabaret performer, candy witch and fan of the Hotel Charlotte.

Rachel, to Panamanian culture it has the characteristic of to have received cooking influences of many places reason why I very do not have a special food that I like to cook, on the contrary, I like all, likes to prepare very sharp Mexican food, Italian food with a mixture of many cheeses and aromatic grass, food of the islands of Caribbean by far the oil of the Coco and seafood, Asian food by far ginger garlic chili peppers sesame oil and fungi, food scrap iron good chipses and a great hamburger product of a mixture of pig and head of cattle meat onion garlic coriander peppers… I like to eat well so I like to cook of everything…
