Stir Fried Tofu With Veggies !

Ingredients : Tofu 200 gms. cubed in 1 inch pcs., Worcestershire sauce-1 tbsp, salt 1n 1/2 tsp, pepper 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes 1/2 tsp, garlic finely chopped 1 m 1/2 tbsp, ketchup 3 tbsp, sugar 1tbsp, light soya sauce 1 tbsp, vine vinegar 1 tbsp, Chopped veggies include :spanish onions 2 (indian red variety will be gr8 here) diced 1 inch pieces, celery 4 stems with leaves,green bell pepper 1 in no:diced, carrot i medium diced, cabbage leaves cut into 1 inch pieces about a cupful, spring onions…See More

Poha~A HEALTHY n Tasty Snack plus some GR8 Tips!

The recipe below is a GR8 snack and very healthy too !Ingredients: Beaten flat rice 150 gms~put in a colander and run under cold water (as it as to soak for about half an hour), 4-5 green chillies chopped very fine,two medium onions chopped fine,30curry leaves chopped fine (as they are good for health and so will not be thrown away or left behind! ) 1/4 tsp of turmeric,1 1/2 tsp salt,3 tsp of sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of whole mustard seeds, 4 medium potatoes cut into tiny pieces (about pea size),a…See More
