I'm glad you find the recipe interesting. I like to have some 'quick & easy' recipes in my repertoire. You can alter the taste by tweaking the teriyaki sauce ingredients. You could add some sake to the teriyaki sauce too. Or you could just open a bottle of ready prepared teriyaki sauce but that would be boring.
