i am cooking dhal (split peas) with cumin and basmati rice with curried lamb (garam masala, tandoori, h/cream,cardamon, bay leaf).

Well girl the customers at Cactus Blue on Bonaire in the Dutch Caribbean seem to love the fusion of the islands food. We are well know for bringing tradional to the table with modern techniques. www.cactusbluebonaire.com check it out
