Hi everyone. I'm new to the site. I used to be a pastry chef for a little while back in the US but I've recently returned to my home island of Trinidad in the Caribbean. I'm opening a bakery and cafe in the south with the hopes of introducing something new to the folks around here. It's great to see the food scene developing and exciting to see Trinidadians embracing different cuisines.
