Holla Weena, its been a while since we last wrote, hope all is well on your end. Iv been pretty busy latley, thank goodness. Thanks for your delightful comments, I do beleive in family first and teaching the kids to always have a possitive outlook, no matter how grim things my seem,never give up, the tides can change at any given moment.

Hope you had a great weekend, were celebrating Memoria Day here, in remberance of our soldiers who have fought for our freedoms, God Bless!!!
I just came back from a catering event held over the weekend in Charlotte NC. It went great, im very tired though. I worked 4 days streight 12-15 hrs each, not taking much time for breaks. not as easy as when i was younger!!! It was a lot of fun though, got to meet lots of new friends.
Did you check out the pics of the garden yet? Looks much better today, im surprised at how much everything grew in just a few days. The cilantro and basil are waist high now, amaizing!!!

Hi weena, I took a few pics of the garden today, I think ive killed a few of my babbies. Im not sure what happened, but there are about ten of them that dont look so hot. Its very random random though, there are many that look great then one or two that look horrible and as i look on, things look good, then I come across a few more that..... well just dont look like they will be around much longer. I havent up loaded the pics yet, my little is trying to get my attention eevery time I sit down. I will assoon as I can get the kids to sleep. I have a few more pics I want to upload as well. How about you do you have any food pics?
It has always been a dream of mine to visit Japan, I nearly moved there in 2002 after the cruise line I was working on had closed down due to the Sept. 11 attacks. Flights were very inexpensive from Hawaii. Only problem, I was not really prepared, even thugh im the spontanious type. I no nothing about the language and only had one contact at the time, an ex-girl friend. I did not want to trust in her for to much. I still plan on visiting some day. I also, nearly went to culinary school in Singapore, but had no funding at that time. Thats OK though, things happen or dont for reasons.
Does your mother and sis like it here in the US? What type of work do they do?
