Homemade Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with less sodium and calories than the restaurant versions. Inspired by Emeril Lagasse's Fettuccine Alfredo, I changed a few of the ingredients to reduce the calories. This dish is ideal for those on a low calorie or sodium nutritional plan like myself.
