Today we are making a Korean Cucumber Salad called Oi Muchim.

- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1 tsp of Garlic Power
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Vinegar
- 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp of Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp of Sesame Seeds
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 tsp of Fish Sauce instead of Salt
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4 pieces. You can slice this any way you like.
- Chop the 2 Green Onions.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Serve this with any dish or eat as a snack!
